Join us for our annual Fall Fundraiser, October Skies, on October 22, 2017 from 5-10pm at Saucebox in Portland.
The cocktail hour will begin at 5pm in the bar at Saucebox, with hors d'ouevres and specialty cocktails featuring vodka from New Deal Distillery and whiskey from Bull Run Distilling Company. Guests will then head to their tables for an exquisite four course Pan-Asian dinner prepard by Chef Ellen Braukman, paired with local wines. Chocolate truffles provided by Missionary Chocolates.
After dinner enjoy entertainment inspired by the night sky in the form of classic and modern music performed by string quartet Ensemble Esprit in collaboration with a unique, stunning projection light show by Andrew Wade Smith
Formal attire is encouraged.
Cocktails Autumn Sky - House infusion of autumn spiced Bull Run whiskey, angostura bitters, light simple syrup and a zesty orange peel/bordeaux garnish
Sparkling Night - New Deal vodka, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, sparkling wine and a lemon twist

First Course Pork Sarong with sarong sauce and salad of cucumber, carrot and red onion
Second Course Cold peanut noodle salad with somen noodles, red bell pepper, green onion, asparagus, mesclun greens and peanut dressing
Entree Course Red Curry with mushrooms, kabocha squash, gai lan, thai basil, chicken, fish sauce, garnished with cilantro, lime and fried gyobo root served with steamed rice
